I have been waiting for 2 months for a renewal application. Last year it took about 1 month. They did confirm that you're still legal even if your paperwork is not back in time as long as your renewal got to them in the post before the expiry date.

My ACMPR was expired a few months but when I applied it took 2 months to renew and I made a change from outdoor to indoor. Hang in there it will happen.
