I've no intention of discussing candidates or measures.
As a subject for an internet forum discussion, well, that rarely ends well ya know.

What I do wish to say is pretty much summed up in the thread subject line. That is;
VOTE!
This has to be the most embarrassing presidential campaign ever. I swear.
I get out of the US on a daily basis by way of forums and I'm here to tell ya that I'm so ashamed of what my brothers and sisters in other countries are seeing taking place this go round.

But thats not what I came to tell you about.
I came to talk about the draft.

What I do want to say is it's almost over. So VOTE.
Vote your heart or vote your mind, VOTE.
Believe it's a waste of time or believe your vote matters (it does) cast your VOTE.

Here in Oregon we have Vote-By-Mail only. Or you can drop your ballots off at collection points/drop boxes.
Kinda miss going to a polling place, casting my vote and upon completion having a monitor announce to the room "_insert name here_ has voted".

But I did make a point of taking my familys ballots to the drop box at the county court house.
So much fun to walk into a public building full o' cops and lawyers and such reeking of cannabis (-:
