quick question, when flushing the final two weeks does it matter if the ph is to low? i know your flushing out nutes but is flushing with 6.5 water better for the buds/plant than flushing with water with a low ph of lets say 5 or is there no difference? just curious :smokebuds:
it really depends on source water and how long the flush is planned to b
go ahead and run a hydro system for two weeks even in flush w/ no ph alterations and see if it matters if ph be correct?
as an example if one already had a high alkalinity in their water and did no adjusting it would only continue to compound the buildup instead of promoting the releasing of them
if the ph is off the plant roots can't properly exchange now this is also a trick in some cases where you don't want the plant roots exchanging and want the plant only drawing from stored energy in the final stages
but i wouldn't advise this too long for the potential issues it will cause
honestly until you totally understand how it works keep it as simple as possible and always use ph'd water
but no it doesn't necessarly have to be to get an end result
and a slightly lower ph will help loosen the bonds and release more from that rinse
but too low will start to burn the roots faster than they are produced so you still need to stay fairly close in ph
ie. it doesn't inturn say hey can i do one rinse at a 3 ph instead of three rinse at a 6 ph as a simple comparison
