Q&A and Announcements

Word is the Diablo 200 was a limited run product and is no more. However the 260 watt Rspec kit is only $222.75 with the 25% discount. Or you could DIY the 200 Diablo for about the same price. The driver is a Meanwell XLG 200-H-A and Mouser has it for $49.00 and the Diablo with a heatsink on sale is $108!
Hey pop', thanks for following up... I'm in email with Brock now, left him a phone message too...
260 is too big, and not up for that level of DIY, so that why I wanted the KISS kit -

The discount is site wide, no code needed, but the sale ends today. The kit is very easy to assemble. And everything you need is included.

What is the discount code and is this a do it your self kit? And I guess you need the proper tools...I probably don't have.....

Hey @Les @HLG -- late on the catch-up here but wanted to say WOW, pass the protective glasses on that Diablo QB! Holy crap, that thing is a bloody weapon, the output is almost ridiculous at full power :hothot:.... it's astonishing how much more it is vs. the otherwise quite good FTG Infinity QB, for only about 60w more?
Bar setting stuff, hands down!

I can't say it's better, but it's targeted to people growing in tents vs commercial grows. The Scorpion Diablo needs headroom for heat dissipation in a tent at least 12" ( when running full power ). It's why I'm running mine Diablo in an open space. Hell either are overkill in a tent IMO. Unless you run CO2. My DIY 650R runs at 400 watts and at that level puts out all the light I need!

Is this light better then the Diablo series????
