DIY Quantum Board

Hi i just received a Quantum Board 260W V2 from HLG. Its seems fairly upfront on how to assemble but when watching the video on how to assemble the guy said he "Terminated" his driver but never said why or showed how to do it.
Will i need to do this ? I have the HLG-240H-C2100A

Terminating the driver means connecting it to a cord that will plug it into the wall.

You could follow step 4 here if you have a similar connector (there is a video):

I'm dumb and thought he was talking about something else besides the connectors (terminals) it was actually pretty easy to put together.

Lol not dumb. I didn't understand what that meant a week ago, just happened to learn it last week
