i have a question for those in places where certain amounts of cannabis is allowed, ok say the law is $100 fine for an oz. Do you get to keep your Oz if fined and can pay it, or do they take it regardless and fine you? :dunno:simple question i just can find anything on the web that says anything about what happens after they pull you over and find cannabis beside you get a fine theirs nothing about what happens to the smoke. thanks for any replies

Really depends on the officer, some will some won't. Some won't even issue a citation. As a general rule, I think they are supposed to confiscate the "contraband".

What has happened to me, is they give the citation, and they make you dump out your $300 an ounce smoke, and step on it or whatever making it unusable. They like doin' stuff like that. Kinda that arrogant-I am better than you look on thier face.

But we are Stoneder than they are. and I say Stand UP and be Stoned.

If you are in your car, be lucky they don't site you for DUI. Because they can.

thats the truth MasterEekman i watched a cop at marley fest on 4/20 last year make some guy pour his sack in the dirt and then he like rubbed his shoe in it, that shit wasnt cool lets all be safe, save some money and not get our weed stomped out lol
