That's a bit too hot and might cause problems for seedlings. I've tried happy frog and coco loco straight from seed

I wouldn't buy that stuff just because it has bat guano in it. People supplying those guys with it have devastated bat populations all over the world by spreading fungus from cave to cave as they collect it for a quick buck. Same thing with seabird colonies. Organics are more sustainable man. Not this stuff.

It is hot for seedlings so you should add 30% perlite and 20% soilless to some to tone it down. Once the seedlings are 3 nodes or so put it in with just the 30% perlite and watch them take off.
