Hey Guys ,
I'm looking for a quiet extraction fan for my 60x60x150 tent , I have hlg 240 w kit .
I'm using small 4" fan at the moment but it's not enough anymore , temperatures are going way too high .
It's very important for me to find something really quiet since it's in the same room I sleep in .

Any Advice/ recommendations will be greatly appreciated !

Peace! ✌️

I just ordered ac infinity t4 today Amazon get it round end of month

I have been using a CanFilters (claims to be the largest relevant fan manufacturer) top-of-the line, now made in Germany, 6-inch Max-Fan Pro, with 3-speed controller. They make other models too. It's quite, runs right behind me in my home office, is well-built, and can be bought at good discount prices.

Thanks for all the advice guys!

I ordered AC infinity t6 , so many good reviews so I decided to go for it !

Hows the noise level on this fan? I also sleep in the same room
I use the T6 with controller and at 5 you barely hear it. But any fan can be quiet if you make a noise damper. Attach exit hose to a box or bucket with holes and add cotton or anything that air will pass through easily, noise will be reduced drastically.

Yes I did ghetto-silence the fan with a roll of glass wool used for isolation and wrapped strips from a cotton sheat around it (I bet those bandages for wounds are great for it) and packaged it loosely with a rope. It's connected to regular silenced duct both ways and it's turned something like 180 degrees in tent and 90 degrees on exit. It's very ugly and the fan hangs in steel wire to a bamboo stick that is tied to the tent with strips of bicycle tube, takes a lot of headroom but I don't care cause I train the plants and it works. The fan is on a three speed controller but that is more so I can adjust the airflow for the plants. Combined with other fans it makes a nice hum but it's not silent and does not need to be if it sound nice. For super silent and too ugly operation put pillows on top and hang blankets on outside of the tent, safety pins can make wonders!
