This is really straight forward and to the point. How do you achieve optimal stretch out of your autos? During stretch phase, do you rip your lights as high as they can go? or do you keep them in the recommended light distance and adjust daily?

Keep them at recommended distance and if the look real bushy and low raise the light up eight or ten inches until they start to stretch.After you learn your lights performance it should be easy.
