Hah. What did you used to use for nutes? I know you didn't start with AN.. I started with FoxFarms and once I ditched them and swapped to Botanicare I almost never have to check pH, if I start to run into anything I might check the run off from the hempy bucket but for the most part, I just nute the water, let it bubble for an hour, shake it and water.. no deficiencies, no burn, no problems since I switched to Botanicare. I thought it was just the genetics of the bag seed but I've come to the conclusion that certain nutes work better with certain water sources and FoxFarms just is not for me. I've considered AN but the expense is hard to warrant since I'm having such a good experience with Botanicare (probably the second most affordable nute line after GH).
Those hobbits look awesome bro, you have any smoke reports on them? How do they handle the residual pain from your accident?
Where'd you buy your QBB T5's? I had a QBB T5 4ft and lost it when I got raided they didn't take it, they just broke it because they're lame.. I ordered mine from Greners.com, they were pretty expensive. Looking to set up a new tent soon when/if finances allow and plop a 4ft QBB in there - they run pretty cool compared to their competitors.
I see you ditched tiered transplanting / up-potting - didn't like the results of it? I did it with the two girls I have flowering but when I get some good genetics I plan on just using rapid rooters and plopping them in the final destination, hope it doesn't end like the movies, haha.
Yeah, I almost my life in my wreck man so I'm just happy to be here, I don't let anything get me down anymore.. I just kind of shrug stuff off and keep moving on. When they put me on the back of the helicopter I asked the dude on board if I was dying because I was so cold and I couldn't feel anything (was from the blood loss) and he said he didn't know but he was going to do everything he could. That was the last thing I remembered before waking up two weeks later. I had all kinds of monitors on me, a feeding tube in my chin, ventilator down my throat, morphine drip hooked up. I'm very glad to be here and take nothing for granted anymore, nothing.
I'm really sorry to hear about your Dad bro, I hope everything works out for the better for you and your family. I was extremely close to my mother and the pain still hits me out of the blue multiple times a week. I know what it's like to have to step up and suddenly start making decisions you never thought you'd have to make, if you ever need anything man I'm here for you. There's never any advice to offer in situations where children become the caretaker, but I can offer support and empathy without a doubt.
Anyways, I didn't want to derail your thread so I'm sorry if that's what I did here.. I'll keep it grow oriented from here on out!
