I feel you on the friend thing here on AFN even though I havent meet anyone here it doesnt feel that way there are some awesome people on here and I thank each of you who have took time out of your day to read a post that I put up or answer a question I may have had or hell all of you all who pushed the like button on something I wrote makes me feel good knowing I have people out there with the same intrest I do.

Congrats on a beautiful harvest my friend that cj looks so yummy bro I would rep but I have to spread it around first :smokebuds: try to get sme rest bro I know the feeling of having rib heads out I have 2 on my left side and 1 on my right side that pops out pretty frequently I feel the same way about the person who caused my accident if I seen him again I would want to shoot him . Stretching has become a life saver for me my friend start very slow and strengthen your core muscles good posture and daily stretching usually helps keep em in place oh and lots of herb but you already know that

Noods my brother! It's way better today after the hammering! I got the best Chiro in the area bro and I trust him to no end when it comes to his opinions and treatments. I try to avoid surgery as much as possible and that's his mindset. Unfortunately no unless I have surgery there is no permanent fix BUT like SS said below I have to strengthen my core and get my intercostals stronger... No you're right done is done. Sometimes though, especially when my Wife is crying from how bad her neck hurts with on top of going slowly blind.... That gets the blood boiling and mind in dark places... but then the Angel on the one shoulder says "smoke a joint, it's over." Even the devil on the other shoulder can't say no to that!
