Lighting Recommendation for COB LED lights to cure fluffy buds

I think both the Kind and the Platinum are at the top end of the LED quality spectrum so I don't think lumens are the issue. My temps are always in the 70's and humidity 40-50% and I run an 18-6 schedule. I grow in a well ventilated tent with fans inside.
I have grown Dutch Passion Auto Ultimate, Fast Buds Pineapple Express, Dutch Passion Auto Mazer, Royal Queen Northern Lights and several others, again all top shelf strains and breeders.
My buds look great and feel hard on the plant but once dried they're fluffy.
I would switch to hydro (even though I've never grown with it) but just don't have the height in the tent to do so.
If their fluffy after drying... what your drying and curing routine? How long do you let them go as far as harvesting? Are you letting them go too long?

Just saw your post. The dreaded fluffy bud issue....Personally, I had similar issues. Using good genetics but getting less than optimal results. I have gone through numerous lights - LED, COP and CmH. Ultimately, my grows really came into there own when I stopped my excessive experimenting. I had tried numerous brands of nutrients. Both Organic and synthetic. For about the last year and half I've been using California Lightworks Solar System 550's. Also, I started using advanced nutrients PH Perfect for coco. I use the silica stalk strengthener and the rest for the hobbyist level. Also, I use mammoth for microbes and SLF100 for enzymes and make sure the plants are getting plenty of calcium. I've had excellent success in using both Just Right Extra Coco mix and in DWC.
Honestly, for me, I think getting your nutrients dialed in correctly and providing quality, abundant light should help with alleviating the fluffiness that you're experiencing regardless if it's a Sativa or Indica. Using the enzyme helps to keep the roots clean and facilitates nutrient uptake. I've attached a couple of recent photos. These are roughly
