Recycling My Rev's Soil.

Hey Thanks man, means a lot.I know Ive grown and learned a frigin TON man.Im just applying what Ive read, done, learned by doing and seen others talk about and how I desire that I want my grow to go.and it just kinda goes...lol! feels great to have a good basic understanding of good microbial growth, and how to use and feed them and enhance their behavior with basic amendments such as insect frass..lol. that could in time become a real game changer imo."AFN smoke out"Thanks again there brother Eek,really does mean a lot man.cuz Ive been striving for success in this field for some time now.And I think I finally got a grasp on it.

This mix is way hotter than the original Mix I made from the 5Lb pre mixed packet.I stuck the compost Thermometer in the larger batch.its pretty darn warm..lol.i'll check it tomm. I had to buy a thrid 30+ gallon Tote to store it all in comfy in two 30 gallon totes..lol.and a sturdy 25 gallon for mixing and splitting it indoors.Im guessin bout 120 but dunno. stoked though.Every time I got out I stuck my hand in the tote n am amazed at how well it seems to be cooking.I dont remember it doing this well a few months ago.sooo,cooool..lol:pass:

One thing i may have forgotten to mention is that i stuck 8 pounds of crabshell in the original 50 gallons total with a cup of dolomite lime,a lil more actually but not a lot.I just went out today and built up the small 20 gallons of recycled soil n built it to under 30 gallons.its roughly 27-28 er so gallons and I added a little this n that to build what was already there in small portions and now Im gonna water it in with a gallon of medium perlite n a stir n see how the land lays over yonder. So now I have two fully cooking batches of quality soil to bring inside in a couple months in stick under my grow table n pull from that after this grow coming up.so that'll be frigin awesome.ill keep ya'll posted in time. Thanks everyone."AFN smoke out""AFN smoke out""AFN smoke out"

I would like to note since Ive only experienced this once early one with a small batch I made awhile back.I noticed the small batch cooked as good as the larger one but it petered out within a couple days.so I built it bigger n now it should cook fine I hope.if not ill throw another gallon of biochar n mushroom compost n cow compost n hit it with a fat churning Tea.But smaller batches do seem to fizzle out much earlier than I would have thought.anywho,be good all.:Sharing One:

I may be eaten alive this winter

Just a note.the last two or three teas i made I kept the dormant mostly dry remain from the cpl and broke it up and folded and flipped it and brushed the top half of the soil n left the moisture the same.uncovered for the day I added it so it could breath a little.and a handful of days later there BE FUZZ n them there Hill man!!That mix is gonna scare the crap outta me this winter man.I keep building it n building it..If i never come back that means I was taken by the THC evil that is me and was eaten by the snatchers lol:roflcry:"Stirring":crying:

:poof: :Ohmmm.......:

Just a quick note.Added 1cup Dolomite and a cup O crab and a 1/4cup of barley and 3/4-1 cup steel oats as well as some basmati(1/2 cup) rice pre treated(built microbes) Wheat germ soaked.AWESOME!!also the experiment of harvested mikes will be going halfs with another batch I wanna try it on to see whats what.

Fluffed it was completely to the top.the top bowed some cuz Im gonna let it breath for a day till my small ready sweet tea is ready.

the final step will be testing my PH and adding some Frass and possibly some guano to buffer it lower a little since I think there might be a slight bit of lime in the so I need to blend that in with some frass.but short of that and another 3-6 weeks blend time indoors,it'll be ready to try again.anyhow.L8r everyone.ill most likely let it blend for a while and use it on some fast finishing OD gear I may be getting very soon.
