Thanks, i was under the impression that autos get stressed by trimming.

they can get stressed..

lst = Low - stress - training...

tuck and bend as much as posible.. but some nipping would be just fine if its to covered "My 2 cents"

Not at all, autos are made of pretty tough stuff. Here is a super-cropped, lst'd & defoliated AutoUltimate standing 1m10cm after much abuse and yielded 6oz+ in 15L of soil, using just organic bottle feed.

whooo! if i get a plant half as good as that i will be twice as pleased. One little question, i am having to water twice a day is it ok to give them a good soak once a day? sorry if that seems a silly question but i have heard that letting them get thirsty is better than them having a constant supply.

I would just water once, the best bit of kit to get is a moisture meter, i water when the needle is half way, that way i don't dry out the soil too much, so as not to put my micro herd under any stress . What size pot are you using?

Don't know the size but its the same size as the average builders bucket

In that case i would be throwing in around 2L-2.5L at each feed...once they are a good size that would be every day, depending obviously on the temps and RH in your room. Hope this helps dude.

cheers, i have been giving 2 feeds of half a litre a day but as they are getting bigger i obviously need to up it.

I have 3 different Biobizz feed schedules? 2 from biobizz, via the hydro shop where i got it, plus another one from biobizz posted on here, on top of that the bottles say something else (2-5 mil per litre)?

I have been giving 3 mil per litre of biogrow, and then 5 days ago (day 42) i started 2 mil of biobloom. They look ok but it is confusing? They are in biobizz allmix soil.
I have been seeing the air pots on here what is the advantage of using them? I got two of those material type pots which are 15 litres so the other 4 plants are in 10-12 litre pots.
