New Grower Rental Inspection Monday - 1 Hydro plant in Week 5

What are temps outside like? They sell battery powered air pumps for keeping bait fish alive in a bucket here in the states. They run between 10 and 20 dollars. When I grew dwc I kept a few around just in case of extended power outages. I think you'll be fine throwing a black bag over it and putting it in the recycling bin out back, so long as no nosey neighbors are about. Best of luck to you!

I do have an ONA bucket and fan. I'll also be cooking bacon for breakfast and make sure we have a curry the night before.
Made mango curry the day of my inspection and had the girl in a vacuum cleaner box :)

Forecast for Monday is 11c/51f low and 18c/64f high.

I'm crapping myself now because I have to work Monday and meetings until 3pm which is the earliest I can get out. I need to be home between 12 and 1 for the inspection and then I could at least put her back in her rez and hook up the air pump. I won't be able to put the tent up until after I get home from work.

So, I'm thinking I have to bring down the 2 GN's, fan/filter/ducting and break down the tent early in the AM before work....hide the rez in the backyard among the herb garden, put the plant in the spare bucket and put her in the wheelie bin in the backyard.

Go to work, come home for lunch to meet the agent, put the girl back in her room and hook up the air supply, leave the room light on, go back to work and finish up my day then rebuild the tent. If she's dead before I can get the lights back on, I'll have to start over. :(

Hahaha, lmao! My balls aren't that big but we're definitely having a curry the night before and bacon for breakfast. I guess I won't need it if the girl is outside in the bin but I do love a curry anytime, anywhere.

Good luck on Monday. At least the temp will be in your favour on Monday.
Will your plant fit in a tea chest box, you know the ones made of very thin ply wood and come with a lid.

How long will she last without bubbles or water? What's my max window to revive her after the shock?

i think she will last longer without bubbles than without water. I've researched it in the past and they can last a decent amount of time without a pump. google it and you will see plenty of stories.

I would leave the roots in the nutrient solution that she's been in. The water will hold dissolved oxygen for 8-12 hours, from what I recall, so she won't suffocate. I think you'll be a-ok, pal.

Thanks, I was going to put her in a dry rez. Now I can probably fill my smaller 3 gallon bucket with rez water and hide the rez in the robe, garage or backyard.
