I got root aphids again. This is in my greenhouse in a semi-contained hot house inside the green house. I had a couple bins get them last year and they were removed and bleached. The plants in them are not really a concern I can get rid of them and even the dirt but how do I keep them from getting back in the greenhouse? I'd like to find a way to take them out so I don't have to loose the soil.

I'm going to try and find some nemetodes as a preventative for my other plants. What else can I do short of chemical death?

Have you tried "mosquito dunks"? I haven't used them but others here swear by them for getting rid of soil infestations. They have beneficial little bugs that eat the bad guys in your soil. I think you crush them up and mix with water and just water them in. :peace:

I thought about them but they kill nemetordes which activly prey on the RA. I think I'm going to try sns systemic and nemetodes.

If you're in the US, you can order beneficial nematodes from Home Depot by internet and they get them to you real quick... inexpensive. :peace:
