roots organics 707 and. ....now what?

Your Buddha bloom and grow will do just fine but to this I would add either Epsom salt or cal/mag as you will need it a few times in the grow and something for PH up as the bloom and grow will drop your PH. I used the Buddha bloom and grow for years. I like them a lot and they work good. Be very light on the grow the first feeding. I use the regular roots with lime and steer manure added to it which eliminates the need for the grow nutes. I am playing with the mix as some of the plants don't like it and some love it. I use a #1 pot for measuring my manure. To be on the safe side I would try 1/4 of a number 1 pot full of manure and 2 table spoons of lime in a bag of regular roots and let it sit for at least 2 weeks before using. The manure adds nitrogen and the lime gives a good amount of mag.
I guess I ordered wrong and got 2 sample packs of elemental. Their cal/mag to dressing stuff lol so I'm hoping that will work for my cal/mag and since I messed up my sample purchase im just going to grab a few things from the nectar of the gods line to ensure I get to harvest with the results I want while staying organic.
I do have another plant im trying organic here soon so this is awesome info to hear! Much appreciated man, thank you.

I have used the elemental too, also good stuff. That should take care of the cal/mag needs. Another thing I have used is seablast. The seablast works good. I used it on my last photo plant after re vegging the plant. I know nothing about it though as I just have a baggie full of it I got from a friend. Good for top dressing with.

Do u use the elemental as a top dressing or do u usually mix it directly in the soil as an amendment before planting? When should I start using it?

I have limited experience with it but I have top dressed with it a few times. I used it in 3 gallon pots and don't remember the amounts I used. I would try a teaspoon top dress at week 2. I try different stuff a lot and this is one of those things I tried a few times, worked good and I was on to something new. I got it in a the Roots organic player pack from Aurora with a few other dry samples. It is a good kit. I think it was some were around $45. Lucky for me though I had an older bottle of Buddha grow as the one in the pack was sour when I got it. I guess this is going to happen with semi organic nutrients. I will say though the bottled nutrients don't give the same results as organic soil amendments for some weird reason. I now use amendments mixed in to the soil. I have completed 2 grows now with amendments and about to finish up #3. The last 2 I did add a little stuff. 1 I used a little bloom nutrients on but lightly and the other I used some cal/mag thinking I needed it and did not. The current grow I used nothing on but water. The last 2 plants I grew were my best tasting and smoking plants yet even with me making some mistakes. If your after flavor than mixing your soil is the way to go. If you still need some nutrients later down the road than I would learn to make teas. Bottles just don't give the same results for me.

I'm very interested in a water only organic grow with good amended soil. Just not a super patient person lol so I haven't got into it. I haven't decided if I want to go organic or stay synthetic yet. Few test runs and I'll see. I love the simplicity of this grow so far. But I love my AN PH prefect line too. Easy user compatability. Lol. I'm only on my 4th round of plants ever so I'm still trying to figure out what I like best and what's going to work best for me....long road ahead lol but I'd love to hook up an organic grow to a 4 pot auto pot setup. Just add water and grow. Jay don't have a full proof soil amendment that makes monster plants

I've been using the roots organic line for almost a year now and love it. The elemental can be used as a top dressing or in a solution. If you mix it in with your nutrients it has to be added first. I believe 1 tsp per gal. It doesn't mix very well so I add 1 teaspoon at a time with air stones. I usually let it sit for an hour and stir occasionally. I believe it tells you in the Aurora booklet. I've been playing around with the original and 707 soils and love the results. Anyway good luck.

Glad to hear you've been getting good results. I really like the 707 so far. 3 weeks in and haven't had to mix nutes yet and she's still a beast. I think for now I'll grab some nectar of the gods stuff to finish up this first grow with while I look into soil mixes for a water only organic grow. I have some ideas in my head that I need to get cracking on. I want to create an organic system/bottled organics schedule that grows monsters and is user friendly and easy for everyone.

Yeah that's funny I do the same except I do a half feeding at week 3ish. They definitely love it. Once they stop stretching I'll start bloom feedings (all roots nutes). Mix in some great white Micro. and you have yourself some happy girls.Like the idea of making it easy for users. My only problem is I can't stop trying new strains lol. Maybe some day I'll settle down:)

I have a fast bud girls cout cookie that's 5 feet tall in a 7 gal pot that's almost 7 weeks old. It's in 707 with a few scoops of promix. If I can figure out how to download these pictures I would love to share it with you guys but I'm new at this so bear with me. I'll take any advice on making it easier, thanks.
