Hello! My first autoflower grow, only experimented with bagseed photos before that hermied.

Planted September 23rd
Royal Queen Seeds Royal Dwarf
6.5 litre Orthex Eden pot
Biolan Musta Multa + perlite 60%/40%
Lights 2 x 23W 2700k 1 x 36W 6400K 1 x 14W dual
Light cycle 24/0
2 x 80mm PC fans for intake and exhaust
Mylar for reflection

The soil is apparently quite "hot" so I have not given her any nutrients yet. Should I? She seems healthy and has streched quite a lot in the last few days. Pics 1&2 were taken on Day 22, last two taken Day 24. First pistils showing here and there.

The yellow/brown spots are light burn, grew too close to the bulbs.

Hey there! :)

Nice start CFL! Looks to be healthy a growing!! :d5:
I took a look for info on your soil, but couldn't find much at google.

The leaves look quite a nice shade of green - looking like on the dark green side at the moment.
I would keep an eye out for her to start going lighter green - this is probably a sign that she needs feeding.

Keep the updates coming and people will join in - It's great to get opinions for the really experienced growers out there, it's often the little changes that make the big differences! :)

Hey, why not pop up a hello over at introductions for a nice warm welcome from our members!

Happy growing
Blue ^_^

Hey, nice one CFL! :Sharing One:
This reminds me very much of my very first plant and the start of my growing adventure. Very similar setup. Cool, cool.

Blue pretty much said it all. Looks real nice and healthy.

How are your temps? If the thermometer agrees, why mot exchange the small dual spectrum for a stronger one with higher wattage? That's just food for thought. Weed can't get enough when it's cfl's. It's just the temperature you gotta watch as you add more.

Big Green Vibes! :vibes:

Thanks! It's been fun watching her grow, and now we're getting to the good part :)

Google translate to the rescue!

Hey lookie there! Looking pretty good and healthy bro! Watch the leaves carefully when it starts really flowering, she'll give early warning signs if she needs more food than the soil has :) I never grew it but I love Royal Dwarf for some reason haha

Day 31 :)

Day 35! Halfway there!

She's had a couple feedings now, 1/2 strength.
I used some generic fertilizer (NPK 4-2-7) http://goo.gl/elVzFJ
Switching to flower nutes next (NPK 4-5-8) http://goo.gl/yc42Ae
Plenty of bud sites, smells nice. I changed the light cycle to 20/4 about a week ago.
Removed a few dead leaves from the bottom.

I'm not expecting much for yield with these lights, 10-15 grams would be wonderful.
If this goes fairly well I will invest in a proper tent and a small HID or LED for the next grow.

Day 43

She looks hungry, any idea what deficiency I'm dealing with? I don't have a PH meter :|
