In my last seed order Alquistima 11-29-11 3.jpgAlquistima 11-29-11 2.jpgAlquistima 11-29-11 1.jpg, I received a free, Samsara Seeds "Alquistima" auto. Put her into soil on 10-9-11, and she popped out on 10-10-11. I started out on a 20/4 schedule, then went to an 18/6 based on suggestions from others. All she did was grow, (not complaining). About 2 weeks ago, I switched to 12/12. I've heard that for some of the new auto strains, 12/12 is best. Anyway, she's still growing and adding bud sites. I had hoped to be induldging in the "fruits" of my labor in a few weeks. Looks like it's gonna be a little longer than I had planned/hoped for. It better be some killer smoke.......lol. The pics were taken just a few minutes ago. She also needed a feeding since I was gone for the past few days. Peace!

They wouldn't be auto in that case. If the breeder actually did proper breeding on it, this wouldn't be an issue. The whole point of an auto is to be day neutral and only reach a certain size. Seed banks like this are what gives auto's a bad name.

It looks like you were smart to flip her. Even now she is just beginning to flower.

Do they say what's in that auto?

It's not an auto bro

Of medium height and producing good yields quickly, this is our easiest plant to grow. It is the result of crossing AK47, one of the quickest flowering Sativas, with our excellent Northern Light, one of the three fundamental strains that have changed the world of cannabis culture over the last three decades. This variety produces large foxtail buds with a very strong and slightly sugary aroma that means it won’t go unnoticed. A firm favourite among SamSara lovers for being so easy to grow, which is partly down to its Afghan genes which make it highly resistant to pests and mould, but also for its very strong, long-lasting and extremely pleasant effects.

I think bailer got mixed up because you said in your original post that it was an auto not to mention this is the Everything Autoflower section of the forum....that caught my attention as well as i too have an alquistma seed and it is definately not an auto nor advertised as one. You even say in your op that You "received and alquistma auto" and "some of the new auto strains, 12/12 is best"

Maybe you thought it was an auto then realized it wasnt?

Im at week 6 with my samsara alquistma defo not auto, will post pic up soon!

What can I say? I'm an old stoner....lol. But yes, that's exactly what happened. I was thrown off by the AK47, (assumed that made it an auto), and only after I put up my OP, did I realize it's not. However, she's now over 4 feet tall with bud sites all over the place. Anyway......My bad!
( Maybe I should put up my posts before I get baked....) Peace!

Auto or not Ak is some awesome smoke, you won't be disappointed.

Got same seed same way.she is at about 3 feet & absolutely covered in buds-n-crystals. I crossed it with some diesel ryder pollen i had on hand.i hope this will give the next ones that great diesel taste & smell, but no its ot an auto.fast flower yes .not sampled it yet but as for looks or smell she is fanatical.long slender buds completly covered in triches. I dont have a cam sorry or i'd post a pic or 2

Yeah, i would also defend samsara on this one. They kindly gave us a couple of autos last year for our competitions on AFS and one of my friends grown UV and others... to be honest...last year Ive seen best results outdoors on Samsaras af hybrids! and ive seen alot. Not 1 showed any problems or traits of hermie, and all went auto with not even slightest exception.

The grow that stunted me was the one published on Smonkey. UV, best taste and effect of the last season (for me!) :)

Samsara is to be trusted! I dont think they went through all this efforts and troubles just to make low - level hybrids.

BTW: Samsara :) its really hard to reach you guys. You wrote me a couple of times through fb i think, i wrote back but never got a reply. :) Im preparing a project and i would like to talk about it with you. Hit me when u can. tc.

;)
