I’m a new grower too so I don’t have all the answers but 520 watts of QB led seems like way too much light for one plant especially only 30-40cm away. I know you have one turned down, but still seems like a lot. I’m pretty sure I light stressed my plants with just 100W QB at 18-20” (50cm).
