Alright well I am really thinking about giving my seedlings the chop because there was a house for sale up the street (nice neighborhood) and it looks at the a cop bought it. His car doesn't have a county on it so it's got me thinking am I under servalance? I know in my line of work that was a very common practice but we weren't in 200 plus homes neighborhoods either so does this sound like something the cops would do for 4 plants single 600 watt hps grow op? Seems to me that if they wanted to get me they would just raid me lol I also do know from the former police chief that they aren't being hella hard core on cannabis growers that are going for personal use and aren't using huge ops (we were in a recovery meeting and got to talking about cannabis and alcoholism that's how that got brought up) (he is very pro cannabis by the way)

Any who how worried should I be? Seems line running counter Intel from a house is a bit of a drag for a small guy

Chill man, they got bigger fish to fry than you, there is nothing for them to gain by them putting you under surveillance lol. If it was me, I'd be the friendly neighbor and go and welcome and befriend him with a basket of fruit...keep your friends close and your enemies closer !

I might be nervous of the ballast interfering with his radio if he drives past your house daily, but i doubt they bought a house to spy on you for a couple plants

I think you'll be fine but also take into consideration 1.how much trouble you might get in for 4 plants in your state/country 2. The overall steallth of your grow never can be too careful. 3. Can really give up growing now that you started? (Its the only part thats addictive ) i think its just a coincidence

Vas too right mate I'm generally pretty cool with LE as I have been working with them around the country for years and most of the cops around my town know me from my passed career

Brich being a digital ballast I don't think it'll mess with the radios was very careful to not go magnetic due to this

Panda it says for my state cultivation of 4-20 plants is up to 10 years my question is what does 1-3 get you lol also possession of any amount is a felony with up to 5 years

As for the stealth of my grow the only thing that might draw some attention is I have my windows cracked open in the winter time normally just cracked though so the odds of it even being seen are slim but I do want to go led this summer for sure

I wouldn't think the cops would set up in a house down the street to eradicate 4 plants. Maybe if you dealing a lb a week with all kinds of traffic but pretty good chance said cop was just looking for a nice neighborhood just like you.

Oh man ! 10 years jail for 4-20 plants ??? 1-3 & any possession up to 5 years ? WTF ? land of the free huh ? In my state it is IMPOSSIBLE to be jailed for less than 50 plants, no matter how many time you've been busted, which is why most people here grow < 50 plants. You get fined first time, if you get busted again maybe a fine and community service hours. These days if you got busted with 1 oz or less, they just take it off you and give you a "warning", and you can buy it back off their friends later that night lol. Most cops know that pot and pot heads are not a problem to society.
