Theres a federal law or something against banks stopping them from allowing weed purchases, that's why MC visa PayPal won't let you use their services.

Anyone know of a supplier that takes VISA and will ship to the United States? I won't send cash to anyone.

Growers Choice in CA is a breeder that takes credit cards, but offers only its own seeds.
I'm growing one of their strains right now.
I've ordered straight from mephisto without problems, and my US order was shipped from CO.
