New Grower Seeds delivered to the wrong state

I am waiting on a order from original sensible seeds and they suggested not to use the tracking option.It must send a red flag when they see it has tracking.I hope mine make it.I stopped ordering big orders just in case they seize it that way you don't loose so much'.

My package arrived today thank god but I was called by my post office saying a package with my name is there and I was skechted out but said.. oh well fuck it lol so I went and got it. They told me the company put another states Zip code on the box so thats why It was in another state doing all the weird stops and not moving. They also had the wrong building number on the box so as you can see Attitude just messed my label up... BUT they did break my cool mug and 3 of my seeds broke in the process FML. Think they will replace these 3 seeds?

What are the laws regarding seeds in the US? I imagine it differs from state to state, but here in UK, they can't seize your seeds because they are completely legal....

My Dark Devil made it on safe but her sister Dark Cream didn't make it through the journey lol
