New Grower Seeds delivered to the wrong state

I know tensions are heightened, but if you KINDLY call or E-mail you issue with a letter stating what happened, a pick of the letter would be helpful, all will be good!! Especially if you had the guarantee!! Smoke on it, and send the e-mail.

What are the laws regarding seeds in the US? I imagine it differs from state to state, but here in UK, they can't seize your seeds because they are completely legal....

Until you put them in the ground of course, :stoneslap:

Same rule in US I thought at least, They technically arent illegal till germination.. I just wanted to look at them I swear haha ;)

Thanks all. really, I'm not mad at THE seed bank at all. The feds yes! Going for a smoke.

Nope according to customs seeds are a no no. Because they could be propagated. At least that is what the letter says.

My package arrived today thank god but I was called by my post office saying a package with my name is there and I was skechted out but said.. oh well fuck it lol so I went and got it. They told me the company put another states Zip code on the box so thats why It was in another state doing all the weird stops and not moving. They also had the wrong building number on the box so as you can see Attitude just messed my label up... BUT they did break my cool mug and 3 of my seeds broke in the process FML. Think they will replace these 3 seeds?
Yes they will show them a pic and they will replace your cool mug too. It was there fault not yours

Nope, seeds are illegal in the States under federal law regardless of state. Even where state laws allow it, when coming across the border then it becomes federal jurisdiction.

Thats like saying, no you can't buy this car because you could run someone over in it! Well maybe not, but that seems crazy to me. I'm lucky that I only need to make one order a year really.

Sorry to hear about your loss though bro,<<all will be cool.

Ahhhh, in the UK they are sold as "souvenirs", still a nailbiting order if ever there was one.

You can say you use them to feed the birds in Canada. We have seed retailers all over Ontario. I have never had one package go missing or confiscated . But if you grow more than 5 plants to 199 it is a mandatory minimum of 6 months. over 199 you get a year I hate our federal goverment. We need Justin Trudeau in as PRIME MINISTER than things will change
