I'd recommend checking your plants very closely. You want to check the calyxes that are still closed (not showing a bean). You want to see how many beans each top is producing and how far the beans are devoloped. If you are only finding a few mature beans and not a bunch of immature beans everywhere id pull them. Chances are you will find a bunch of beans that are immature. If that's the case personally I think your best just letting them go til they're finished. I say this because immature beans are WAY worse then mature beans. They're white, small, and very hard to see. Whereas fully developed seeds will be easy to pick out.
I understand your concern about them pollinating your other plants too. Usually they have to be so far into flower to be able to be pollinated but I'm no expert and I'm just recalling some obscure info I found online awhile ago when this happened to me.
Either way don't get too down on yourself. I was super bummed when it happened to me. Once my bud was cured it was still really good just had to pick the beans out like the old days. Hoping for a seed free run this time. I know in my situation it was environmental stress vs genetic.
And I have read a lot of info online suggesting these could be feminized seeds. I've also read info saying they're hermi seeds. That's why I'm running an experiment myself to see.
