Lighting seeking assistance on diy cob... citizen is the brand that has my eye... 3x5 flower room...

thanks again... that girl sure looks nice... cant wait to source the parts... I'm gonna visit your website to see what all you have too...
btw thanx again my friend
Don't worry about me, set yourself up for you. If I can help great and if not it's just as good. I use this cause it fits me and feel it fits most others.

Your comment about 50wpsf is something I have been proving is not necessary with autos for the past months.
Autos with 300 watts for 24 hours a day is the same as photos at 600 watts for 12 hours. This is the daily light integral. You can use 1/2 the "nanometers" :rofl: if the lights stay on for twice the hours per day.

smh smh smh, I'm already wanting to abort ship, and light up my 8x9 room.... maybe do that room later... i love autoflower network, the community here has always been awesome... @BigSm0 you seem like a great person... wish i could smoke some of my bnsf with you,,, its only my fav of all my personal crosses.... agent d(orange diesel) crossed with my sweet trainwreck auto.... this is some potent stuff right here... got the name while i was sitting at the rr crossing, i was lit off another one of my crosses... the train was orange and i instantly thought of the orange and the wreck... everybody loves my Burlington northern santa fe...lmao...

@dankstyle J quality is one piece of it but performance is the biggest with these. Your wanting cobs because you want something better. The cheap 99$ cobs are a lesser quality with a short life expectancy but also perform like a $99 dollar light.

Not all wattage is the same. 100 wall watts of theirs is equal to less than 50watts of a good brand. There for wasting 50+ watts to raw heat at the heatsink. Efficiency is what these things lack and efficiency is the math based on how well they convert energy into what you want and that is light.
Yes big smo I want better my led has almost no bulbs in it that work but over time that dirt genius led which came to me second hand helped to harvest over 60 plants so I'm more than happy with it's performance,I honestly ran her for 24hrs for over a2 years ,I'm a single dad on disability so even a cheap led I got to save for an that's not all bad because even with cheap crappy inefficient lights I still am able to get great meds and I'm thankful for that I read the Consumer reports on a few of the lights I run and they weren't that good but somehow I got em to work ,you're lights seem nice and a lot of homies on here got great results using em and in the future I could definitely see my self buying one or two .

I feel for you. If you ever need help or consider making the change I'd be happy to get you into something that will also help your electric bill too. The DIY options these days are amazing and something to fit almost any budget. Few 1212's in those panels will double your light for the same wattage and allow you to run less in total. Hell if you send me one I'll do the work and throw in the cobs for free. Keep up the good work either way.

Growing with less is better than the guys who struggle with more.

@BigSm0 for president...

okay!!! I'm off to go view ''old mars to cob'' conversions... I have two of each of the old 300 models... if I can get a 3ft spread out of one I will just put these in the 3x5... now that would be clutch... especially if I can do it with only 2.... then I would be able to do a room for veg/and autos, with the other 2... and I'm off....
if any body wanna chime in on this scenario please please feel free...thanx
