Grow Mediums Setting up airdome, whats the most effective pump pressure?

I think there hadn't been much discussion because pretty much any aquarium air pump will work just fine. I have seen them run with a simple small pump and as is the case with me, I had a 45 lpm 8 port pump from hydrofarm from my DWC days and it seems to work fine with that as well.

Is there such a thing as too much air?

Bought a hefty dual diaphragm GH model with 4 outputs. Not sure the gph but i think its pretty high.

I seem to recall mention of too much pressure in a few discussions but at the time I was leisure reading as I had no autopots. Now... Obviously I want to foster a robust environment favorable to root proliferation. There now, February and I done used up all my big werd allotment fer tha yeer...

Here are one of my root zones after finishing a 90 day run. The pump was on full blast with just two outlets turned on, so were probably getting at least 20 lpm and I thought I was going to have to cut the roots from the airdomes they were so thick around and in them.
