New Grower short autos; they never stretch!

Has anyone came across this? I have three autos in my tent right now 2 think different 1 delicious cheese candy and none of them stretch, i don't know if it's my lighting too close / far or if im just being impatient, but theyre short, the think diff just started flowering and the nodes are so close together, there's more leaf than anything else, i view others journals of think different and at the same age theyre much bigger plants, i don't get what i'm doing wrong!

A little more info on your setup will help with a answer. What light, wattage and distance from canopy are you running? Get me that info, and we can get you sorted faster.:thumbs:

How old are they,what type of nutes are you using and what kind of lights and how close are they from your plants?

I have only a 150w hps light, they are prob 6 inches from it, the tops i mean, The two think differently are in i think 3Gal swuare pots in cocoperlite mix, my nutes are all over the place, i run AN flowering a+B but my ADDITives are all over the place, my delicious was in pure perlite, also for early veg I used 48w t5 lighting.

i have been going with the LITFA theory, today gently LSTd one of the TD's for experimental purposes that aside going to LITFA

Your light is w ay to close that's why shes not stretching.Move your light to 24 jnches keep feeding veg nutes and see what happens/

The plants don't seem entirely healthy, but I don't think the light is the problem. A 150w HPS doesn't keep plants short and bushy like "whiter" light sources no matter how close you get it without burning the plants.

[edit] Can't really offer any advice as I don't grow in soil, but there's obviously something wrong with either the feedings or the soil itself.

How big are those pots? TD needs huge pots.. the roots are insane.

raise your light so the stem will grow to it. and those pots look kinda small. im concerned about root lock.

1. I think you have been getting good advice on the other forum.
2. You have been told to LITF Alone!
3. You freely admit that your feeding schedule is.........how do I put it?...................O!
4. Yet, Having said all that, you seem to like bouncing ideas between forums.
