Should I just kill it now?

>> how old is the bulb? CFL's lose output like HID does over hours of use,...
>> the soil mix is very light on nutes; did you use any veg' nutes at all? Dosage Of bloom is much too weak..
>> the pH and rainwater advise is only true for the water itself; the soil is very dynamic in pH influencing factors, and can't go unmonitored! Your feeds, water, the soil microbes, the roots themselves, all affect pH,...
So, with what I see here, the plant has been hurting for proper nutrition all along, and on top of that, I'm betting the pH in-pot is off enough to affect nute uptake as well,... with no pH reading of this, it's difficult to advise what's best,... If you want to try and see if she can limp over the finish line, best bet is to flush with 2-3x pot volume, use 1/2 str. nutes + Ca-Mg in the final pour, and cross your fingers,...

The cfl is 4 months old mate I gave veg nutes at 0.5ml per 1lt, how do you adjust the PH in the soil? And I guess ill invest in a good ph tester too. Thank you for the advice

Ah, you're good then! ...fixing soil pH can be a bitch sometimes, and it's critical to figure out why it's so off in the first place,... these days, even with trusted brands, I still pretest with my Accurate 8 probe, just to be sure,... Doing pH adjustments of your nute soln. and sometimes even the water too depending on it's pH and hardness, go a long way to helping prevent big shifts; a tip: always add your Ca-Mg supplement in first and let it sit for a few to react and do it's thing,.. and pH adjust after everything else has been added in.... BUT for dealing with the soil after the fact, often, but not always, a proper flush will help get it back in acceptable range,.. it just depends on the why, the medium specifics, etc. as to how to adjust the water if needed to help facilitate pH change,...
