Looks like you could use more light that's why they re stretching. If there getting to close to the lights and you cant raise them you might have to top them.

First, is it an auto?

Do you have a grow journal?

Bsides that light in the picture, is there other light, like one on top?

It is stretchy, and it can be bent. But lets make sure you can do that first. It may not be the best option, but maybe.

If your light is too far away from your plant, it will stretch more than you want it too. I think that is what your friend means.

Each method of lighting requires different distances from the plants. CFL's can be real close to them, about 6 inches depending on heat and how many.

any thing else you can think to tell us?

Also, you can go to the AFN 24/7 Live Help Thread if you have any more questions, etc. get to know peeps.

I will be near by for your reply.

Peace

First time indoor, and honestly I'm heating it!!
The biggest lamp in the center is a CFL 150watt white worm and the 2 small one are a 50watt CFL white worm, and honestly I don't know what to do now, I'm already giving such a stress for the plant and I'm not happy about that!!
Like u can see in the firt photo when they where just transfer in the new grow they were small and compact, but know in the bigger grow they are starting so stretch...
so what should I do??

Get a mix of of spectrums of whichever you can afford . Wally world and Lowes has up to 45w 2700k ones here but u can get higher wattage cfls online.:Sharing One:

I'd recommend moving the light with the reflector closer to the plants. CFLs have to be within about 8 inches usually because the plant doesn't get usable light any further away.

To day I'm buying 4 lamps (if they have 45w) if not I will tray in a local grow shop!
i will get the the on in the photo below!!
What a bout if I do scrog?!
I simply bench them and put a net on top?? 5cm for hole right?? Like this I will have a one 100w lamp in the center, 2 50w in the saids and 4 in the center!! What do you think??
After I will put a photo, like this I can give an idea :)

Since I started growing I've used HPS lights. I've grown some nice bushy fat plants. I've used CFL's before to Vegetatively grow plants for the first few weeks before putting them under my HPS lights more recently, but only the 200 Watt lights. Looking at your lights and your plants, personally, I would scrap the lot and start again with proper lights. When plants are grown under too weak lighting they stretch and grow spindly and weak and wont' produce much bud at all. A few grams if you're lucky half an ounce or less. If you were to buy one proper light, you could grow 2 ounces or more.
