another batch i tunred and mixed the other day.
It is highly unlikely that you are actually selectively culturing beneficial soil microbes. In fact, it would be incredible if you were. You've done nothing to assure sterility of your culture medium (rotting bananas or other foods you're using); nothing to reduce, much less eliminate, environmental contamination, e.g., air contact; and nothing to select for or otherwise selectively culture desired vs. other/junk microorganisms. Do you even know whether what you seek are aerobic or anaerobic microbes; and are you not creating relevant culture conditions? Rather, you a culturing whatever grows on the sugar-rich decaying bananas in a highly aerobic environment, most likely culturing the common air-carried filamentous fungi already on the bananas, while the soil microenvironment, particularly where it matters (roots) is likely not as fully aerobic, often tends towards being anaerobic, and lacks high concentration of sugars.Well this is awesome , maybe the best way yet , I have been mucking around for the best out come to grow microbes and this is by far the best yet , So what did I use , something every one can get --- chopped banana skins -- I let them sit in a bag till they where black and soft then just chopped them up and added oats on top and placed under a bamboo plant outside . So microbes easy to get -cost $1.20 a bag for oats -- [ goes a long way ] -- Lactobacillus another easy one to make -- cost around $6.00 to make , [ also goes along way ] --- Now next -- Fish Hydrolysate -- Will be starting this when I get home from work today .

This corner is where I pulled some aside , it was covered too .
Your choices are either buy commercial microbe products or inoculate/mix your soil with some fertile soil you know/presume has a good mix of what you want. Look into the organic microbe-rich 'teas' the organic-type growers often use.@BII NO don't say that mate . I got lots of bananasI hear what you are saying and was coming to that conclusion after I did it , Microbes and fungi that I want can't be gained from banana skins .
