New Grower showing sex... how long to wait.

Hi... I have 3 plants for 3 weeks now. 1 has pistols the other 2 no sign yet. how long should I wait before I decide they need a photo period or decide to mulch them? They are all auto flowers. 2 Himalayas blue diesel and one royal dwarf. The one Himalayas has pistols... all 3 are similar size within 2 days apart from seed.

Don't worry about it bro some take longer then others, tomorrow you could walk in there and they all will be showing sex give it a week if you not on a time schedule give it two weeks by then you'll know what sex they are and should start preflowering. Week 2-4 is kind of slow in the terms of visual but after that is when auto explode with growth. Give it a week or two then let us know what you come up with.

Either... this is just interesting. thanks for the reply. . You know the word seams to be the Auto flowers are not 100%. Thats a bit of a shame. So many cool sounding strains out there. It's like a kid in a candy store S. I am hoping it's at least 90 percent. I guess genes are genes. Holy crappie just had a strange thot... it would really suk if they passed on to the consumer! I like breasts but mostly on my partner not me!

Don't worry about it, they all take differrent times and if they're all autoflowers then they don't need a photoperiod. There's never going to be a 100 percent guarantee but more than like it will be female. Also make sure what you think are pistils aren't the stipules that appear near them. There will be a small bud like calyx from which the pistils come from. You can search for photos of this on google very easily if you need a visual reference. I wouldn't worry until after 5 weeks from start at least personally, just to be safe. Feel free to message me if you need any other help.

Like the first and second... once these go full speed ahead flowering? And I think the other plant has a tiny calyx on node 4. A bit of relief phew.

Hey himalayas blue diesel #2 just reached puberty! The girls are doing well,at least 7 inches tall and wider than that. This is day 21 from sprouting. I am using just 2 20 watt t5 bulbs 6500k. I have 2 2700k to switch to as well as 4 40 watt cfl.2700k. That may be a bit low but it's as good as its gets. I will watch them for the next week or so if they get too big I will get the cfl's onto them. Right now they are about a hand witdh away from the t5's. They are a sweet green shade as well, I am feeding with some beat bat guano for veg and have some other bat guano for flowers. I have some plant prod flower food on standby if the flower guano is lacking in micro nutrients. This is so interesting and you all are a great help and inspiration.... it is my grow. I have a few seeds of "berry bomb auto fems" to try net.

hey i will take... should i say i just took that advice. i cant see yet its like looking at the sun! i will watch them girls closely. the light is about 4 inches above the plants(the cfl)
i just left the t5 off for the time being. 20/4 here
