At this point I doubt that it's a bad seed issue. Looks like a tiny bit of lock out from over-watering, hence the droop, as well.

I water before planting and go by weight of the pot dryer vs watered. It'll take some getting used too, but is better than the 'finger method' IMO.
I suggest letting her roll for a couple days without watering.

Hey Squid, thanks for the advice man, i'm going to be placing some scales next to my grow box and start working out my watering.
Ill let her dry out for a couple of days and see if she picks up at all, Once by 6 liter pot is dry how much should i be adding? ive been putting in 250ml and then waiting an hour to add another 250ml, is this to much?

Water slowly until you get about 10% runoff of what you started with. Kinda depends on mix and airyness ya know. Don't wait and water again an hour later. Water in one sitting until you get a little runoff and you're good. Then don't water again at all until it feels light and pretty dry, but not completely dry.

Iv'e not actually watered to the point of run off yet as i thought it would be to much for seedlings but ill be using this method from now on for sure! plus it means i don't have to mix up water so often
