New Grower Site up migration down..

I know since nameless quit that things have been ruff. Kudos for keeping the site up 99.99% of the time! Migrating ADDS and OU's is hard and even harder with redundancy. Yupsirs there has been bumps.. Missing profiles, missing files ECT.. But in all reality.. WOW.. Good job!!
