Roots Organic Cocopalms... It has served me, flawlessly.
I precharge mine with (per gallon)
4ml each AN Sensi Grow coco A and B
8ml AN B-52
8ml AN Voodoo Juice

Exactly as atrain said they are both soilless. From what I've read the coco is supposed to breath easier then the sphagnum peat moss (promix)

Great info here guys. Thanks for your info as well waximus i may actually do that exact formula and nute. So how do i wash cal mag thru coco? Just put it in my five gal smart pot and water the hell out of it with cal mag until i get alot of runoff?

You can mix it in with the precharge- I'd use 5ml/gal, full strength... I just water it in, a day or so before planting seed in it. And, with the Roots Cocopalms, I don't rinse, and have had ZERO problems. That goes for handfeeding and drip.
Im new to coco as u can tell. Why would u rinse it? Is that why im seeing some folks run florakleen thru it before they dry it out and start putting it in their pots? Any advice with using mykos?
Basically, I would think you could even go half strength on the cal mag because your going to be adding a little here and there during the grow.
If I read waximus post right he doesn't seem to pre charge I with extra cal mg. I'm not by any means a coco pro, just used it a few times. I'm sure if you follow what waximus has posted you will do great!

Lol no worries. Some dude just told me to flush it before i use it bc most coco comes from the coast and has salt build up hmmm
