New Grower Soil dry or wet, right before you chop??

I just want to be clear before my harvest. Is it better to have your girls DRY, or WET before they get the :ama: Should I time it, and give my girl (10 to 12) days with, or without watering them. Is bone dry what you want?? This is my first grow, and I just want to play it safe!! Thanks to anybody who chimes in with your 2 cents.

might be a bit quicker if you didnt water them but id water,water when needed and let them grow stress free up to the day you cut just dont use nutes near the end.

im saying i wouldnt really treat waterings any different other than no nutes for atleast the last 7 days.
keep it watered keep it happy. if you didnt though it might have less water in it as itd be dehydrated so probably a bit quicker to dry but not worth the lack of possible growth/bud weight from dehydrating it for a week or two.
