*This is my first post on AFN so I apologize if I formatted incorrectly.

I have four seedlings that are on day 13 that I put into solo cups to get started and I think they are running into issues.

Let me take you from the very top so you get the full picture: I soaked the beans for 24hours and transferred into solo cups filled with Fox farms ocean forest soil. Before I transferred them into the solo cups, I watered until runoff with ph water. I dropped the seeds in and covered with humidity domes. Then they were moved into my tent, 18-20” below my SF2000 at around 75% typically, with a general humidity range of 70%-80%rh and temps being 80f on average. I have a fan blowing over the top of the seedlings but not making direct contact.

So, the biggest issue I am facing right now is that the soil does not seem to be drying out. I haven’t even really watered the seedlings yet because the top layer has been damp the whole time so far and now my seedlings are starting to get ugly, see below.

Any tips, advice, help is much appreciated. I am still very green and just want to learn where I went wrong.
Thank you!

What with a 24hr. soak and being under a dome, the roots have been struggling to breathe. That will slow them down a bit. A 4hr. soak is all that's needed to kick start imbibition, the first stage of germination. Lose the domes. Domes are for clones. Good job with the elevation and air circulation.
For reference this is an Auto Bluberry Domina, 14 days from sprout.

With humidity that high evaporation would be very slow IMO. I'd starting getting the RH down. Their all but two weeks old, so it probably time.
Thank you, yeah I think your right. Just drowning them in humidity.

Thank you. I’m going to cut back humidity and lose the domes, hopefully let these girls breath.
