Nutrients Soil nutrient build up

I've been giving them teas mostly every watering.
The soil seems tight and is draining a lot slower.

I'm reading about enzyme products to help breakdown organic material such as SLF-100 and Cannazym.

Anyone have success with these?

Malted Barley is what I use. A lot of OG organic growers use it. It also builds up the soil.
