Outdoor Spots..........not a lockout or def

WTF is this?
Bug sting, feed or laying an egg? I can't see any eggs. All spots have the same bite or injection point.
Don't think it's a fungus of sort.
Naturally it's on my best girl Bruce, but a couple spots on Pinky next to her.
A fairly good search on all the others found nothing, but I'm going out to check further and trim the spots out if I find more.
Quick onset. I didn't see this on any of my trips yesterday.

I have never had them, only seen pics, but the center blade of the leaf in the first pic has a track in it that seems like maybe leaf miner. From what I understand they're bad news. Best of luck with this issue I hope you can get a handle on it and not have bad things happening to Bruce and Pinky.
