... check out that run-off testing and calculation link, mate... it calls for un-pH'ed water to moisten it up, the the final pour to collect run-off calls for RO/Di water, zero hardness,... anything you do to alter the pH will skew the run-off pH,... You did the right thing skipping the HPK! All these symptoms, they started soon after using the Big Up? As a synthetic, it's readily available right off the bat; organics usually need some time to be broken down by the soil herd into absorbable forms,... So, with that input, I wonder about it being a defc. issue, unless it's a lockout situation, meaning the nute's are there, but pH is off enough to render then unabsorbable,... K is pretty robust in wide pH range, but P get's pinched at mid 5's and over 7.5,... More likely, it's toxicity, but again, that's harder to diagnose, especially when symptoms are this advanced,... I don't see the usual tip burn associated with this either,... That pH is key at this point! And if it's toxicity issue, maybe pH as well, a true flush is called for, and doing that r-o test will be going down that road anyway,... In soil, I test for pH all the time, but I use an Accurate 8 soil pH probe, because I dislike the r-o method for several reasons, as stated....another problem with it is, you have to saturate the soil each time you do the r-o test, something the plant does not like, at least not for long,.. roots start to suffocate after 20 min or so, something like that,... no O2! Flushing is done fast as possible because of this, using about 2-3x the pot volume of water, less if it's a minor problem,...
