Mephisto Genetics Started an all-Mephisto grow today

Don't know the size you want to light, but sizing autocobs for Autoflowers is different then sizing lights for photoperiods. B/C autoflowers receive light for 20 hours (or more) they don't need the equivalent amount of light as a phtoperiod which only flowers with the lights on for 12 hours. Check in with @BigSm0 on his forum and see what is possible. Good Luck.

Today starts Week 7 (Day 42) since they were planted. We bought some cinder blocks last week, and that has made a huge difference. The plants are between 12” - 18” from the lights and they are loving it. They’re still really sensitive to nutes, found a little nute burn and they aren’t even getting 1 mL of each of the 3 parts of the Elite Nutrients. They also get Recharge, Mammoth P, MagiCal and Overgrow. They are stretching to the lights!

We usually grow a mix of autos and photos. This grow is autos only because we didn’t have the time needed to finish the grow by the end of May. We shut down for June and July, then we have 2 5-month grow sessions. That allows us to grow 4 autos for up to 3 months, and then we switch to 12/12 for the final 2 months for a couple photos.

Our mistake this time was not having the plants close enough to the lights. There is always something to screw up *sigh*

Our grow space is 8’ wide, 4’ deep, 6’ height. The temp stays right around 79, humidity is around 70%, CO2 is around 430 ppm. We have 3 fans moving air, and the lights are at 18/6.

Thanks to BigSm0 for the info, I’ll check it out!

Awesome that @BigSm0 got you info. That's a nice size grow space. I would be happy to have the extra footage. Also great you got some info on the autocobs, it is always a good idea to have as much info as possible when making a decision that involves spending $$. I'm going to keep following along if you don't mind. Good Luck.

I had to turn on the Max Can odor filter setup today, it is getting way funky in and around the grow room. I also raised the AvT up another couple inches closer to the light. These ViparSpectra lights are getting retired for sure at the end of this grow. We won’t be starting our next grow until August, so I have 4 months to do my research and get our room ready.

Here are some photo nugs from our last harvest. The two small buds (big as the tip of my thumb) are Blue Dream, and the big nug (size of a large marshmallow) is Durban Poison.

Today starts Week 8 (Day 49) since they were planted. It looks like all stretching is done. I’m not sure if we have some kind of deficiency, or if the fan leaves are just starting to turn yellow. AvT is the thirstiest of the bunch, it is taking a gallon of water in between weekly feedings. Buds are getting bigger. I just don’t know what went wrong with SODK. These were free seeds from the former US distributor, maybe they were bad? I just don’t know. I am guessing that these might go to 3 months, which would be the end of April.
