I think there are some people that have methods we haven't seen and that's just due to them not wanting to create a public profile and document their trials, so yes to your question. Took me years to come out the shadows and it's been medically legal here for over a decade. I get my auto experiment ideas from observing photo period growers. Also from failed grows. AFN has a bunch of great people too that I've mimicked but when it comes to stress training, the photogrowers have more time to play and learn. Auto growers are on a countdown so to speak. I read a guy using fish bait weights to LST his plants. I saw another use the piece of plastic that keeps the cheese from sticking to the top of the pizza box as a lst tool. There's gotta be more creative peeps out there with experimental trials we have yet to see.

I have trained plants to grow from 4 feet tall and 2 foot wide to be 2 feet tall and 4 feet wide just by gently putting pressure on branches daily for a week. .its funny to read someone using fishing weights lol. If I'm lazy I use and reuse the same single plant tie over and over again. It's not needed. Even the stiffest branch can be trained by hand.

I am not going to set a number of days anymore. I have seen to many at 100+ days it's about pot size, strain, how much stress. I didn't get to use my AN Overdrive cause ran out of time. Thought they were less mature than they were. Plants will tell you, I have to listen better lol. I will use the days as a guide but not a rule.
Dates do nothing but stress people out. If you had a plant that's supposed to finish at day 60 that just started budding that doesn't mean you chop it down. You wait till it's done. An X on a calander never finished my plants faster or slower.

Day 71
Some nugs are cloudy/amber and some clear/cloudy, so going to keep letting her go. Maybe 2 weeks max I think, I don't know.

Still has a few nugs with white hairs up.

All nugs are rock solid and covered in crystals all over.

One of the tent mates, Berry Bomb. Same days old

They are just about there... won't be long now. Just put them on the scale 223 total grams. Ripleys OG was 108g and SODK was 115 grams. Not bad for 2 plants, just under 8oz's! Tried both with no cure and wow can't wait to see how much better they get. I recommend both to anyone. My new favorites lol.

Quick peek: chopped the Berry Bomb on 9/4 after 77 days from seed. I got 152g wet weight

Very nice I want berry bomb sooooo bad I can taste it. Waiting for a U.S. seller to carry it. That was dry weight I gave, very happy but could but more solid buds tho. Just ordered 2 auto cobs so see if that helps.

Damn that's awesome! I need to get on that level. I've yet to hit the 100g dry mark. These were under COBs for about half their life so maybe a full grow under a cob will yield me more. Funny too cause the plant I've gotten the best yield from so far I was underfeeding for most of the grow. Interesting

I have super cropped but not on autos. I have a reg seed in my other tent I tried it on and did it to a few branches. Cool how that works. The branches healed a bit and raised up again, but stayed at an angle. Bud seems to be forming fine. I'll try it on one branch on this Sour Alien I'm messing around with to see what happens.

I'm just messing around and trying diff ideas from all over. It's fun. Really loving the blumats jr.'s , get some of those. Eventually I want to switch to the blumat drip system Ive read a few have on here.
I think that 75 guy does it around 17-21 days,or whenever the branches are Long enough to be tied and stretched out.
I'm trying it on of my Sour Alien Livers I got going . I think I did it a bit early . It's been 15 days since I put it in the pot. See below

I topped it, and removed the big fan leaves and the 2 tiny ones it starts with.

After a little more growth I will top 2 more nodes and tie them all down to pot. See what happens.

This other Sour Alien Livers , that is a week older and smaller, will go all natural and I won't remove any fan leaves or LST. This one actually sprouted with the root coming out and it grew slow when I flipped it over the correct way until soil. Once I transplanted that and inserted the blumat it's been growing steadily. Still at an angle but looking good.

You can bend your plant from the first couple nodes up. I start at 4
