Mephisto Genetics Strain advice for pain, sleep

Hello, I’ve read the strain guide but I’d like to ask some of you fine forum folk your personal opinions, anecdotals, etc regarding the effects of Mephisto’s lineup. My wife and I grow for ourselves for medical reasons. My wife has fibromyalgia and lives with discomfort and pains. I use it mostly for stress relief and to help with a bad back. I’m looking for recommendations for strains, mostly for her. I do fine with most strains but she needs a strong body effect to help with her flare ups.

I see the 24 carat is listed as the most medicinal. My wife and I love skywalker, so there’s another check. Other than that, I’m wide open to suggestions.

My best pain reliever is Sour Hound (discontinued), and my best sleeping strain would be heisenhound (illuminauto two years back). It'd be hard to find either unfortunately. With what's available I'd say CLDC for pain, and maybe Toof Decay for sleep.
Whatever strain you get, you can run long and get lots of amber to help with sleep.

24c is a heavy hitter. I'm looking fwd to the cross with strawberry nugs. I would say try 24c easy and fast to grow.

Mine got to about a foot and a half from soil to canopy after topping and lst round as the 4gal squat pot it was in there are pics in one of my posts just gotta find it

Sour Crack is a good Choice for both. It is a fast strain, but take it an extra week and do some Rosin dabs, night night!

Any strain that is 1:1 cbd/thc. 2:1 cbd/thc. 1:2 cbd/thc. The 1:1 is very nice because you still get high while getting benefit from the cbd for pain. The 2:1 cbd/thc is not psychoactive. It's very different. You can go about your business unencumbered. Dinafem has good choices for those type of strains. I have quite a few myself.

I have a dinafem OG Kush cbd auto I may throw in the mix, thanks autowonders. Great idea.

So sour crack, toof decay, cdlc, mbap, and I’m already planning on 24c and skywalker. Hope I have enough money.....lol

You don't have to go broke, unless you want to, haha. Take any of them extra long and you'll get your desired effects. Especially if you choose an indica dominant strain, which Toof Decay is, also Gold Glue is very indica 80/20 but not sure if they still have them available.
