Lighting Strain Selection + LED COVERGE HELP for 2.40x1.20x2.00 coco grow

Hey AFN,
Im setting up a DIY 2.40x1.20x.2.00 grow area, my goal is to maximize this space to reach no less than 1 kilo of dry bud each cycle. My budget for this space is 4 units of GN HS1. when each 2 units should cover 1.20x1.20 space GN say that 1 unit compare with 250watts HPS so if i use 4 in a 2.40x1.20 i should be getting a 1000HPS results.. will that be enough?

My space is half of that and I'm using 2, if you can dial the room in I think 800-1000g would be achievable especially with a Scrog.

Hey tang thanks, So 4 units will be a good call then.. im not so master of the scrog though, i`ll be growing with coco-perlite mix..

I do think you should do it if you are using the right genetics (DP) and using optimal for conditions.

new GN lights, I can not say much about so far will have to buy 10 of them to my tent ..
then i can tell u

but the 2 GN of them should be like 600hps?

so then should you have a strength similar to 1200 HPS maybe more..

there are people who can do miracles with a plant (tang) (gangjamoto KING) I think he he spells his name so

so why should not you be able to make 1kg try?
I think you if u have hope u will make it

I think if you ran 5 or 6 in there you would easily reach you 1kg goal with say 6-8 nice sized plants. I think in mud or coco most growers would get 200g from each light.

I like to go with 8 then you have little to play on.
so if it gets too much or too tight, you can always remove one or two
or more

150g * 8 = 1.2kg dry

150g * 6 = 900g

better count a little low
most people who follow MASTER TANG and his nutritional schedule they get "100-200+" per plant if they USED DP seeds and bigger pots.

I think you will need a minimum of 4 lights in that space, when I first got my GN hs1 i put them in my buddy's place for two weeks over some photosensitive cuttings that were already in the 12 hour cycle, and although they kept the plants nice and healthy they didn't really progress much. After doing abit of research we realised that it could have been because of the temperature, we didn't adjust the radiator to compensate for the loss of the HPS. I got some photo's if you give me a minute...
