New Grower Super Critical Auto - Yellowing

I did wonder if i had to feed it anything else this late on?

I can't answer that. I'm on my first auto (second photosensitive). I don't have a lot of experience. And, the nutes you mentioned sound like something used more in the UK than US(?). I've been lucky with my feeding regimin. I use GH Flora Series (3 part) and follow the so-called "useless" schedule. Fortunately, just following that has turned out well for me. If I had to figure out strengths, I'd be in serious trouble.

Also, I would definitely recommend buying some KCl probe storage solution. Put 5-10 drops in the ph pen's cap, insert pen into cap, shake it around. Store standing upright. I started to have problems with one of my two PH pens which I attributed to just storing in water. After I cleaned it (with probe cleaning solution) and began using KCl storage solution, both pens have been very reliable. I check calibration of both every 2-3 days. Either pen might drift 0.1 in a week. But, overall it's been consistent and I believe the storage solution helps with that. All I know is one pen (the older one) went bonkers and seemed to regain its sanity after a cleaning and use of real storage solution. You may not need cleaning solution if you start using storage solution from the onset. I think I needed cleaning solution because I'd been storing in water and the water allowed some slime or something to grow on the probe.

Good luck.

What kind of pots you using? Are you getting enough airflow to the roots?

Just a quick update: I flushed a few times and it seems to have greened up again and it looking alot healthier, it is on roughly day 65-66.

think it's more or less a 10 week plant from seed to harvest but i'm guessing it all depends on the grow, no doubt it differs quite alot and could go longer.

No milky trichs yet but it is ridiculously sticky and has a very fruity/citrus type scent after touching it. I am a tad concerned at how rock hard the buds are but hopefully it's part of it.

Pics to show improvements from the last post have been attached. Guessing there is still a week or 2 left and soil is finally dry so is due a water, i've done 3 flushes thus far i believe due to me overnuting.

Does the age look about right by the pics?

Thanks for your time.

Sorry for the late reply, i believe they're either 5 or 7 gallon pots, they have huuge holes in the bottom for drainage but i believe my soil was far far to clay-like which could have caused issues with airflow to the roots, it takes a while to dry out before i can water it again, a week in some cases but i chose it for the John Innes name but should have used a proper potting medium.

And another thing folks, is 35% RH ok for this late on in the flowering stage? it jumps to 50-70% with lights off but soon drops back to 35-38%. i hear people say 55-60% thus the reason for my concern.

Thanks again.

Hey man try and get your Rh% As low as possible during flower, so where your at is good. Watch your RH% when lights are off as its a bit high. I have seen Bud rot kick in past Rh 65%.

Ok great thanks man, i'll put the heating on for a couple hours in the bedroom where the tent resides. I have been on a 18/6 cycle as they seem to do better with more dark but perhaps 6 hours is pushing it with the cold weather we've been having in my area. Even 20/4 might help.

Thanks again i'm glad the RH with light on is correct.

Must be Day 75 now and not sure how long to leave it before pulling. I'll get some updated pics later but unfortunately my camera phone always makes the flowers look whiter than they actually are so i'll go without the light/flash this time and hopefully will get a better idea.

As for the Trich's most are milky although not seeing many amber heads, i see a few on the leaf tips under the scope but not sure if this particular strain ambers all that much as i've heard that some don't. I'd prefer the "couch lock" effect so either way i'll leave it a few days to a week but it is due a water so maybe the last one depending on people's opinions on the pics (which i will get to later)

I did notice some of the Trichomes on the outer edges of the leaf had no heads (spheres) but i assumed this was due to me rotating the plant a few times a day and bashing it around, whilst i have been flushing it in the bathroom too i have knocked it a fair few times. It's in a small DS-60 tent and has grown almost square to the exact shape of the tent so leaves are often hitting the sides of the tent.

I'll return with pics ASAP.
