Super slow growth! give up?

Problem: my plants almost 3 weeks old check the pics
-Medium/grow method: foxfarmOF plus super autoflower soil from natures soil
-Feed and supplements used: none though i got foxfarm nutes
-Water source: drinking water 6.9ph
-Strain and age amnesia 3 weeks
-Climate: between 22 to 24 C
- Light used: Phlizone led 600 on veg
-Additional info: the growth is super slow, i have no idea whats wrong

I may be wrong but your soil looks really dry to me. How much water have you been giving them?

300ml around the seedling in a 5g pot

If you lift the pots, are they super light? If they are I'd give them a soak of at least a litre.

How close is your light to the seedling?Did you put the seed directly in the pot to germinate?Nothing you can do now but in the future you need more soil in your pots so always fill the soil to the top and shake it to settle soil and add more if needed to bring it about an inch from the top of your pot.Your seedlings are a little slow and this could be from lack of water so I would give them at least a litre of water like Krazy said so your roots can develope and even more in a week or so to fully water entire pot all the way to the bottom.

glass if water then on cotton pads then pot then moved to bigger pot 2weeks ago

so the whole problem is with watering? i holding back with water from all the warnings i read from overwatering.. just watered the whole was dry bottom and wet up

i always learn the weight of the pot wet before i germinate. Then you’ll know when the pot is dry.

I personally don’t water the entire pot with a seedling in there. I water 1 to 2 inches around the seedling to allow the routes to search for water as opposed to giving them water. not sure if it helps or not but that’s always what I’ve done.

this is after i have watered. the water will spread a little toward the plant but the majority is away from the seedling.

how old is it ?
i watered the whole pot just for now then same as urs next ...
mine is already 3 weeks there is not much time for it to grow cz autoflowers have time limit
should i germinate other seeds ?
