Supersonic Crystal storm started.

I need to get some more totes but I think next time I mix up soil I am going to try to do it with as 1 bag mixes. I use a whole bag of soil per plant as of now and figure I should try to get my mix figured out using single bags. Every time I start a mix I will label it for what strain I mixed it for and have a bloom and a veg tote for that plant cooking with the recipe on each tote. One thing I did not like about the sub cool super soil recipe was he recommended 8 bags of soil. For the closet grower that's usually a lot of soil and if you live some were like an apartment with limited space that can be an issue. Ya you can cut the recipe down but... This will also add some consistency to what I am trying to do as every plant will be planted in soil that was cooked the same amount of time, about 14-15 days for veg and about 25 for bloom.

The above recipe will be cut in half next batch as it will be made up of 1 bag cut in half. The recipe will be 12 ounces of steer manure and 1 table spoon of lime to a half bag of roots for veg.

2 table spoons of bat guano, 2 table spoons bone meal, 2 table spoons of kelp meal and 2 table spoons of lime to a half bag of roots for bloom.

I am omitting the Azomite and the Epsom salt to see if the kelp and lime will provide enough mag and minerals. I don't know if the manure will provide enough nitrogen or not as this will be cutting my manure in half from my current grow. The bat guano is for the phosphorus, the bone meal for phosphorus and calcium, the kelp meal for potassium and minerals and the lime for calcium, magnesium and PH control.

Well mixed my soil for Photos and will be going off and doing a photo grow for a while. The Super sonic might get cut short or switched to 12/12 with the photos which will probably cut the yield. I decided I want to try to pull 1 LB under my light and do some good photo grows for a while. I did do an auto mix as the above recipe and might save the bloom mix or I might use it for the photos.

Might be off grid for a while guys so you might not here from me for a while.

You can be strange, but don't be a stranger :pass:

Hi Joe, hope all is well bud. If your just off grid for the photo grow, come join me/us at PPN. Same good vibe as here, just for the photo lover in us. (I have come to realize we are a rare breed here) I'm sure brother @Grim Reefer would love to have you in the organic section over there.

O for sure thanks Fugggzy. All is well I am just working a lot and now that spring is hear I don't have a lot of time on the computer now. I bought my house with the intention of fixing it up when I bought it so I could flip it later down the road. I got my self in to a large project hahaha. Just trying to do the yard is consuming me. My yard front and back was just dirt when I moved in because no one had lived in the house for years and so far I have installed a pretty cool sprinkler system that has 5 zones plus an extra spigot to connect a mister system too when I build a pergola. Got the front yard, back yard, front and back of house flower beds plus one part of a fence, the garden and the area I plan on putting my pergola on the timer. Planted the front and back yard from seed last year. The amount of work I have is a lot. Its fun but a lot. I work 12 hours on grave yard and work 35 minutes from home working on average of 48+ hours a week so this is why I am off grid a little. I also am building a hoped up Chevy 3/4 ton that's keeping me busy. I am learning a lot on that project. It was not running right and I could not figure out why and found out after I took the heads off that my spark plugs are not reaching far enough and I have the wrong ones. I have projects on top of projects and not enough time. I hope to do some post later of some plants that got started a few days ago that are going out side in the garden. I know its been a while sense I have posted an up date on my plants and posted pictures too. Will try to get both soon guys. Should be harvesting a red dwarf in about 2 weeks and its looking good. The super sonic looks pretty good so far but after growing some killer red dwarf I am not as easily impressed as I once was. Its still in the young faze and still in pre flower so things have not popped off quiet yet and it could turn out to impress me still.

O ya Foggzy as you might be interested in this. I am growing out 2 plants from a photo strain I created. I crossed the platinum cut of girl scout cookies with purple diesel and made some fem seeds a while back and they turned out awesome so I will try to get a thread started soon for my photo grow as I also have other stuff going and it will be super soil style with the sub cool recipe on some plants and my own experimental recipe on others. I plant on doing a side by side with the 2 purple cookies and the 2 soils with just add water and expect things to be interesting. I am shooting for 1 LB under my 600W with 5 plants under the light. Will try to find the time to do updates. I don't have a phone so it is not as easy for me as some people to do posts. My wife has one but I plan on never having one.

Man, you're making me look lazy lmao. Any red dwarf pics are welcome
