For the dinner (I assume you are talking about edibles) I would go with Killer Kush F1 FV, Killer Kush Auto, Crystal Candy or the new Crystal Candy Auto.

For a PTSD style recovery from the dinner I would go with Cream Caramel, SAD or their autoflowering versions, if speaking from the 2016 catalog listings.

If speaking about the 2017 catalog we will have 2 new strains that could be even more adequate for the therapeutic recovery from that

we are recently working on varieties with more CBD, one of them is an autoflowering the Sweet Nurse.
Also we have some other feminized (some different Kush strains) ready to share with you. In the next year maybe we can make some other FV for you my brouda!
