Nutrients Switching nutes mid flower

Good morning AFN. First indoor grow and in soil I mixed. Doing great so far but running out of my Medina hasta gro 6-12-6. Need more PK and read about some of you folks using Greenleaf’s Bud Explosion 0-23-44 during flowering.

Questions:
Is this stuff going to hurt my soil microbes?
Any issue with me switching nutes at this point in the game?...day 38 and flower mode. Don’t think it will but checking.
If I go this route, mix with half solution and see how they like it?

I have never used Greehleaf's products, but a smart rule of thumb for autos is 1/4 amount for nutes to see how that goes, then work up from there.
