Indoor taiga and polarlight #2 in dwc under l.e.d

day 35 from seed

today is fresh res change day and ill be upping their feeds to 1.7 ec , the taiga is a beast of a plant standing @ 1mtr tall with the potenial to yield massive amounts

the polarlights is looking just as good and has the abilty to give me a respectable harvest of around 5oz +

im facing a dilemma because the taiga has some serious potenial to pull big for me but im concerened about the space, im toying with the idea of breaking the plants up and puttinng the polarlights into my other grow room and focusing all my light onto the taiga, if your gonna do something then you might aswell give it your all lol hmmm descions descions

ive come this far and feel it would be a shame not to push them both to maximum capabilities and re-write dutch passions strain descriptions again haha

hitting the 1 plant with 150 watts from each side would give me the result i want but hitting her with the full 600 would blow this strain out the water, i digress

The Polarlights if I had to guess. Just from your previous grows that's normally the decision you go with. Either way there both going to be beasts. It's just how big of a beast. The plot thickens, dun dun dunnn.

Hi Seymour, decisions decisions man ! You know I was looking at the vigour of the Taiga and it really reminds me of Power Plant. Over the years we have got so many photo's of Power Plant (Taiga is an automatic Power Plant) and the one thing they all have in common is a dominant main bloom that gets tall and fat - and you are bringing out the same thing here.

I love the look of Polar Ligts #2 but you have a special Taiga there. The Think Different you exploded was almost a round-ball of bud, but the taiga looks like it wants to take off with that main cola in addition to the side blooms. Now I have a confession to make here, I am a sucker for bud shots and donkey dick blooms, so I am somewhat biased to the idea of blasting the Taiga with 600W of Hydrogrow LED and seeing what happens.

And as for re-writing our strain descriptions.....you have been doing that ever since we met you lol. And I have no doubt you will do it here too. The more I see of Taiga in your grow tent the more I like it!

jiffy coir pellets will work, i only use rockwool cubes and never had to look for an alternative method for seedlings

Cheers again mate, always with the priceless advice, your girls are looking amazing its quite remarkable what your doing with these "auto" strains in terms of yields and yields per watt, certainly no fluke as you produce the goods time and time again, true green fingers, also just pulled down my 2 auto jack herer 3oz each dry not bad for a soil grow!!!

You know yourself better than anyone else here, but based on what I ahve read in the past, you know you want to blow that taiga UP! I can say that I feel pain everytime that I see you had to cull a plant, but the end results are staggering, If you got the space and dedication, I'd say separate those girls. The way that autos are going and the way that you are growing, grow tents are going to have to be redesigned, and autos may begin to lose their "stealth" grow reputation. That is not a bad thing! Keep on Wasting those auto trolls!

been thinking about this and im gonna run both plants in the same room under the 300 watts till the end and go for the gpw my reasoning for this is purely a reflection on my auto mazar grow which did amazingly well under 300 watts of light and just 1 panel

the biggest advantage this time is i have the 2 gen-x panels and running them at full steam is overkill as we seen with the "think different" i wanna see if i can get over 300g using only 300 watts and do my bit to conserve the enviroment haha

the whole purpose of l.e.d lights is to get better results than hps using less watts so its only fair i put this theory to the test deep down inside i know it will happen but what will the gpw be

Could you post the size of that tent again? Hope you don't mind im copycatting you. I got my 240W blackstar and ive bult a 5ft Tall 4ft wide and 3 ft deep box built and I'm hoping to place one Think Different in a 5gal bucket dwc using 3 part GH nutes and potash based root enhancer.
